Sessions

● Open Enrollment

Most of our courses are offered as open enrollment, meaning you can join at any time. Once enrolled, you’ll receive lifetime access and can move through the material at your own pace, in a way that supports your rhythm and schedule.

● Self-Paced

Our open enrollment courses do not include cohorts or fixed deadlines. You’re free to begin whenever you’re ready and revisit the material as often as you’d like. This format allows space for reflection, integration, and learning that unfolds naturally over time.

● Scheduled Sessions

Select courses may be offered in guided sessions throughout the year. These experiences include a defined start date and shared pacing, allowing participants to move through the material together with additional structure and support.

● Upcoming Cohorts

When cohort-based or seasonal offerings are available, details will be listed here. These limited sessions may include live discussions, community interaction, or bonus materials designed to deepen the experience.

● Financial Aid

  • Tuition assistance and scholarships are available to students enrolling in any of our courses (Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced) who demonstrate financial need or unique personal circumstances. We welcome applications from individuals who are committed to intentional learning but may require financial support to participate.

  • To apply, please email ashley@cultivatingcomfy.com, with a brief introduction, the course you are interested in, and a short explanation of your financial need or circumstances. Scholarship applications are reviewed privately and respectfully.

  • Decisions are based on demonstrated financial need, alignment with the course, and overall availability of scholarship funds at the time of application. Our goal is to expand access while maintaining the sustainability of our programs.

  • For our self-paced courses, there are no application dates or deadlines, enrollment is open year-round.

    For cohort-based or semesterly courses, application dates, scholarship availability, prerequisites, and deadlines will be clearly listed on the individual course details page.

  • For self-paced courses, you can expect a response within 7–10 business days of submitting your request for assistance.

    For cohort-based courses, notification timelines, including acceptance into the program, tuition assistance, and scholarships, will be included on the course details page and aligned with that specific enrollment window.
